Materials and data

Steel and stainless steel, aluminium, brass and bronze, titanium and plastics such as POM, PA6, PTFE and PEEK. Please send your drawing as a PDF and the 3D model as a STEP file, that is the fastest route to a reliable price.

Questions & answers

Do you also machine single milled parts?
Yes, from one piece upwards. Prototypes and fixture parts are usually one-offs.
Which tolerances are feasible?
General tolerances to DIN ISO 2768 fine or medium are standard, fits to ISO 286 such as H7 are routine. Tell us which dimensions are critical and we will confirm what is safe.
Do I need to supply a 3D model?
A PDF drawing is enough to quote. A STEP file speeds things up considerably and avoids misunderstandings on complex contours.
Can you supply surface treatment as well?
Yes. Anodising, black oxide, zinc plating, coating and heat treatment are organised by us so that you receive the finished part.
