A new design usually starts with one part. We machine it to your drawing, tell you where the design will become expensive in production and, once it works, take the same part into a series.

What helps us help you

A PDF drawing, ideally a STEP file, the quantity, the material and your required date. If a dimension is critical, mark it. We would rather ask one question too many than deliver a part that does not fit.

Frequently asked questions

Questions & answers

Is one piece really enough?
Yes. There is no minimum quantity for the part itself. Only our minimum order value of 50 euro net applies.
Can you remake a part from a sample?
Often yes, if the sample can be measured and the material is known. We will tell you honestly where measuring reaches its limits.
Does the price drop for a follow-up order?
Usually yes. The set-up is known and larger quantities spread the fixed cost, so ask again when the quantity goes up.
Do you advise on the design?
Where we see that a tolerance or a feature makes production expensive, we say so and suggest an alternative. The decision stays with you.
