Where our parts are installed

We supply businesses only. Most of our customers are machine builders and suppliers who have outsourced individual items or need a second source at short notice.

Mechanical and plant engineering

The largest part of our business. Typical items are shafts, pins, bushings, spacer and clamping rings, holders and fixture parts. What counts here is delivery reliability and consistent quality on repeat parts.

Drive technology

Intermediate shafts, adapters, coupling parts and gear blanks. Usually in quenched and case hardening steels, often with heat treatment and tight fits for bearing seats.

Vacuum and semiconductor technology

Here material purity, surface and documentation are what matter. Mostly stainless 1.4404 or 1.4571, clean surfaces, no carry over of foreign material and complete certificates. We cost parts for this field separately because the inspection effort is higher.

Measurement and test equipment

Small parts with tight tolerances, often in small quantities and with a dimensional report. Reducing sleeves, holders, threaded adapters and custom parts to drawing.

Packaging and cleaning technology

Stainless turned parts for wet and aggressive environments, plus plastic parts in POM and PTFE. Corrosion resistance matters here, not the last tenth of a tolerance.
