Materials and data

We machine steel and stainless steel, aluminium, brass and bronze, titanium and plastics. Steel and stainless with a 3.1 mill certificate on request. Please send your drawing as a PDF, ideally with the 3D model as a STEP file, DXF for 2D contours. Your data is treated confidentially.

What is your minimum quantity for turned parts?
One piece. We make single items and prototypes just as well as small and large series to your drawing.
Which materials do you machine?
Steel and stainless steel, aluminium, brass and bronze, titanium and plastics. Steel and stainless are supplied with a 3.1 mill certificate on request.
Can turned parts be coated or hardened?
Yes. Hardening, tempering, nitriding, black oxide, anodising, zinc plating and coating are arranged by us, so you receive the finished part.
How quickly do I get a quotation?
Usually the same working day, provided the drawing is complete. If something is unclear we ask before quoting rather than afterwards.
